1 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
4 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup orange juice
1 1/2 cups sugar

1/2 cup orange juice
Mix egg, orange juice, sugar and shortening until smooth. Mix in remaining ingredients (batter will become stiff).
Place batter in refrigerator until well chilled. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
